Special Order Policy
CinemaShop™ Special Orders
There are no returns for refund or exchange on all special order products.
Special order products are items that usually would be custom manufactured, but in order to decrease production time and speed your order, the factory has some pre-made to ship immediately. They then manufacture another to replace the product you ordered, so returns are not practical. Therefore, the CinemaShop™ is unable to refund or exchange any special order products. The exception is that we may exchange your item for an identical product, if it's determined to be initially defective.
